Faculty

Our teachers are handpicked after rounds of selection and discussion. Our teacher team comprises teachers who are people with strength, confidence and open minds. We share our vision with them during our teacher orientation programmes and our on-going inservice training programmes. This programme is mandatory for each teacher who joins our family.

Under our In-house training programme we focus on the four aspects of a Teacher’s persona-mainly teacher as a person, pastor, facilitator of learning and an interface between various stakeholders. Considering that a teacher has a multifaceted role to play in a child’s life, the various aspects of development under each vertical are designed.

Teachers are the school’s most valuable resource. Accordingly, CG Manipal Campion School places a high degree of emphasis on teacher training and development. A substantial amount of time every academic year is devoted to on in-service training, reflection and review of current practice of the teachers.
